Latino Business Student Association (LBSA) was established in 1973 at the University of California, Riverside. The organization was created by a group of driven individuals looking to cultivate a safe space where students could be a part of a community that enriches networking and builds professionalism. Today LBSA continues is to promote its purpose via the incorporation of weekly meetings with professional speakers or workshops focused on gaining skills, business seminars, and alumni conferences. LBSA hopes to ultimately guide all its members become future leaders in the business world
