Laupahoehoe Community Public Charter School (LCPCS) perpetuates the long history of Seasider education on the Hamakua Coast, succeeding the HIDOE Laupahoehoe High & Elementary School (founded 1883) at the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year. Vision Statement: Families, staff and community working together to graduate successful learners who are job, school, and life-ready.
