LCF is an independent investment firm and is is licensed by the Financial Services Commission to provide investment dealing services, investment advice and to manage portfolios on a discretionary basis. LCF is a member of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) and acts as a corporate sponsor for firms seeking listing on the SEM. LCF was established in 2011 and started its operations in November 2012. It has inherited the wealth of experience, knowhow and goodwill upon acquiring the activities of Newton Securities Ltd (NSL).
