Since 2010, we at Le Botteghe di Leonardo work hard every day to provide to our customers a top quality, truly natural and genuine product and experience. Our gelato and artisan pastry are conceived to be consumed by everyone: children, elderly, people suffering from allergies, vegans, ect. Our centralized laboratory is based in Mori, in the Trentino region: a center of excellence and an ideal location for the access to natural and exceptional raw materials, where our team continually researches and develops new healthy proposals to meet the tastes and needs of customers of all ages. All our products are totally free of hydrogenated vegetable fats and preservatives. Fruits, milk, cream and sugar are selected by suppliers under strict testing protocols. There is no use of mono/triglycerides.
