Lead For Ghana is a leadership development and network organization curating a nationwide movement of solution-driven leaders expanding educational opportunities to all children in Ghana. We recruit Ghanas most promising recent university graduates and young professionals from varied disciplines to lead, teach, and learn from underserved communities through a highly selective, two-year leadership development fellowship.
