Mission - To empower and inspire youth to be catalysts for change in their communities Vision - A community strengthened through constructive youth engagement in all aspects of society. Overview - Lead2Change (L2C) is the result of exponential growth and a comprehensive needs assessment conducted in the summer of 2009 by founding L2C members, formerly known as the Youth Advisory Council. As stated in the needs assessment by Milwaukee youth, the Greater Milwaukee area was in need of more youth leadership and service opportunities. Since 2011, L2C has endeavored to help fill this gap as a youth leadership organization committed to authentically engaging young people in leadership opportunities that prepare them to be successful leaders in college, their careers, and the community.
