At Leader Breakthru, we have one focus: Coaching and resourcing the development of risk-taking Kingdom leaders like yourselfleaders who are hungry to make their Kingdom contribution, and who are committed to finishing well. Our passion translates into two types of personal development resourcing for leaders: First, we help leaders see the big picture of how God is at work. We help leaders discern direction and see their life from Gods perspective. We offer three learning processes that facilitate a leaders discovery of calling, contribution and convergence. These processes are Focused Living (Calling), Apex (Contribution) and Resonance (Convergence). Second, we help leaders address their current challenges and obstacles through personal coaching.
