Leaders in Training (LIT) is a college access and community empowerment 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is a free after school program using a cohort model to empower student members through a college access, postsecondary and alumni program. Through college access and attainment, leadership and critical consciousness development, students who will be the first in their family to attend college start as high school freshman and become life-long alumni committed to becoming the change from the community for the community
