The Leadership Council for Women in National Security (LCWINS) is a bipartisan community of senior leaders advancing gender parity in U.S. national security and foreign policy leadership. Our mission is to support womens ascension to the highest levels of decision-making in both the public and private sectors, setting a national expectation that women actively participate in forming the policies that keep our country safe and secure.
