Leadership+Design began with a simple goal: To create transformative professional development experiences. Since 2009, L+D has designed meaningful learning experiences for leaders, teachers, and learners at all levels - experiences that model teaching and learning for the 21st century. We help participants learn and practice the habits, mindsets, skill sets, and behaviors of intentional leaders, entrepreneurs, designers, innovators, and creatives.
