Leadership Edge firmly believe that coaching is a deeply empowering pedagogy, which benefits school leaders, staff and students alike, and creates a significant shift away from top down, command and control leadership, which is long overdue. We help schools and MATs build a culture where a non-directive coaching approach is not only the way we do things but is the way we are. The Leadership Edge 3-tier accreditation programme develops participants understanding of what great coaching can do before they embark on coaching others with our ongoing support and compiling their reflective accreditation portfolio. For coaching to be of true value there must be recognition that it is SKILLS based and requires practice. A one-off training course will not embed a culture. So that is NOT what we offer.
