Leadership Greater Chicago

Leadership Greater Chicago is a 30-year-old nonprofit organization that cultivates Chicagos business, public and civic leaders through a deeper understanding of the issues facing our community and each other, helping them to build a better Chicago. Through its Fellows Program, LGC provides a foundation for a lifelong commitment to civic engagement by creating awareness of key issues facing the Chicago region and challenges leaders to bring about positive change in the community. Each year, the Program brings together a select group of Chicagos leaders to explore key challenges facing the Chicago region. Each Fellow brings with them a unique perspective and expertise that, combined with others, paints a more complete picture of the issues facing our community and the world.
