We are on a mission to equip community changemakers to grow their ability to lead, collaborate, and drive solutions. We develop and run high-quality leadership development and renewal programs. Each of our programs offers a cohort of people the opportunity to come together to grow, reflect, and build a mutually-supportive peer learning community. Our programs are intended to help leaders develop their ability to advance their important missions and support them in sustaining their passion and commitment over the years. By doing so, we aim to help offset the severe and chronic underinvestment in human resources that epitomizes the nonprofit sector.
