Leaft Foods is a purpose-driven business determined to restore Earths balance by how we farm and produce food what we call our why. Our 20-year vision is to be the worlds most efficient food system driving environmental and human health. Our novel technology extracts protein from green leaves. Were separating a protein called Rubisco which is the most abundant protein on the planet, and responsible for photosynthesis. Its an incredible food ingredient, so were using leaf protein to develop a range of foods that lift people out of the cycle of dissatisfaction with the existing plant- and animal-based proteins.
