LDAWE is a registered charitable organization in Canada and is a chapter of our provincial (LDAO) and national Associations (LDAC). LDAWE was reactivated in 1993 by a small group of concerned parents and professionals in the Windsor Essex County area, who were committed to improving the quality of life for people with learning disabilities.
