Sometimes when life is difficult, we try to take on everything ourselves. I am here to let you know that you do not have to do it all alone. When the pain become too heavy, I will be here for you as you speak your truth. I believe that we are the experts of our own lives and story. I will provide validation, where you can become your own catalyst for change. Our therapeutic work will be an empowering safe place to foster healing, support self-discovery and navigate through lifes challenges. We will develop multiple ways of dealing with lifes challenges to help you in the present and to progress in the future. I will encourage you to grow in the direction of your goals. My counseling style is client centered, strength based, culturally sensitive and trauma informed. I use therapeutic modalities specific to a clients individual needs and experiences.
