Leeds Mencap is a completely independent charity, started by and for those with learning disabilities. Weve come a long way since we opened our doors nearly 70 years ago. Now, we support more than 470 families and individuals on their journey with learning disabilities. Not only do we offer important services to people with learning disabilities, we recognise the needs of the whole family too.
