Left Write Hook is a peer led recovery and empowerment program that combines expressive writing and trauma informed boxing to help adult survivors of child sexual abuse and complex trauma reclaim their bodies and rewrite their narratives. Left Write Hook is a registered charity with DGR status. Alongside the charity, sits a powerful documentary film that spurred out of a research project within the University of Melbourne.
