Legacy Hotels & Resorts was incorporated in Spring 2005 by the shareholders and principal directors that continue to operate the business today. Our business commenced trading in September 2005 with the acquisition of three former Corus Hotels for 18.5 million and two further management agreements for hotels formerly managed by Macdonald Hotels. Established as a hotel company management solution to provide scale and flexibility to challenge the offer to that provided by the brands and larger investment funded alternatives. Legacy Hotels remains fiercely independently minded and proud of its entrepreneurial and flexible approach to ensure a close alignment to its owners objectives.
