Legal Aid NT is an independent statutory body established to enable access to legal information, referral, education, support and assistance. Our services are for all Territorians but particularly to those most vulnerable due to disadvantage or other factors e.g. people who are unable to afford legal services. We usually only help people with cases in the Northern Territory, but we can help people apply for aid in another State or Territory.
