Lejay

Founded in 1836, the Maison Lejay is the first and finest Liqueur House based in Dijon, in the heart of Burgundy. Heir to a unique know-how in fruit maceration and distillation, Lejay created in 1841 the Original Creme de Cassis de Dijon (blackcurrant liqueur). Since then, each generation has built up its expertise by following a tradition of excellence, crafting the highest quality products. Its reputation mainly comes from three iconic products: Lejay Cassis is an iconic product, the pride of the Lejay House. The collection includes two main products: the special cuvee Noir de Bourgogne 20% (made exclusively with Noir de Bourgogne varietal with blackcurrant from the Burgundy region), and the Original Creme de Cassis 18%.
