Lentil as Anything is a series of four pay-as-you-feel, vegan restaurants in Australia. With three restaurants in Victoria - Abbotsford, St Kilda and Thornbury - and one in Newtown in New South Wales -all restaurants are 100% Vegan and run on a philosophy of trust and inclusion. The pay as you feel philosophy is simple we invite you to pay what you think the food and the experience is worth and invite you to donate towards a philosophy that places human dignity above profit. All donations and payments are made into an anonymous box and helps to feed those who cannot afford to feed themselves and train volunteers to learn hospitality skills. Lentil as Anything also offers a catering service, a vegan bar, a pay-as-you-feel grocery store, The Inconvenience Store, runs a food waste collection program called Food Without Borders, and offers live performance, art, yoga, healing services, markets, and community services
