Registration provides security of purchase, use and disposal of immovable property, i.e. after registration the owner can buy, use and dispose of property without hindrance, which is guaranteed by the state. This function is granted to the state by such fundamental legislative acts as the Constitution of Georgia, the Civil Code and other normative acts.
