Les Amis

Les Amis is a Jersey-based charity offering care and support in a variety of residential settings to people with learning disabilities and/or associated conditions. Our aim is to deliver a spectrum of services as diverse as the needs and requirements of our residents and service users, and to provide help, assistance and guidance to parents and carers, and the families of all those were supporting. In addition to our residential and respite care, we also run an outreach programme and provide a number of day services. Currently, our residential accommodation comprises 16 properties, from one-bedroom flats to six-bedroomed houses, which are home to up to 58 residents at any one time. The primary aim of this residential service is to provide a safe, secure and supportive environment where residents are encouraged to express themselves and make decisions about their lives as well as contributing to the day-to-day running of their home.
