Local Enterprise Skill Development Programs (LESDEP), an initiative of KS Unite, is one of the biggest success stories in Africa as we undertook the challenge of linking up equipment with the training initiative. This endeavor, now in phase 4 has generated more than 200,000 jobs in the continent. Our Mission: To focus on training of the unemployed and equip them with viable skills to make them self employed with our specialized hands-on training and skills development programs. Our Vision: To train and equip unemployed youth with entrepreneurial and vocational skills to make them self reliant and productive. Lesdep, established its credentials in the area of Local Enterprise Skill Development and Education Partnership programs in Ghana and other African countries over the years.
