LFCs mission is promote social and economic justice using the three pillars of Digital Equity: Ownership of technology, stable high-speed internet access, and the foundational digital skills to use modern computer technology effectively and safely. Since 2009, LFC has been working to help individuals and families across Monterey County overcome the digital and economic divides by providing no-to-low-cost computer systems, digital literacy classes, hands-on technology workshops, and technology assistance/computer repair service.
