Policies Deposits on Custom Jewelry After the custom design process, a 12 deposit is due in order to start the project. The remainder of the balance is due on final project pick-up. Return Policy Custom jewelry pieces are Final Sales and are non-returnable. Unworn jewelry from our showroom is returnable for store credit if returned within 14 days of purchase. Repairs We repair any pieces that were purchased at Lian Contemporary Jewelry Design. Jewelry repairs not purchased at Michele Lian are accepted only upon review.
