Licoreria Miramar is the first fully-integrated innovation lab with the extended capabilities for research, testing, and mass-production of essential cocktail ingredients, connecting spirits producers, bars, and bartenders with real consumers needs. Licoreria is divided into four areas: a manufacturing plant for mass production, the Innovation Lab for R&D, a Commissary Kitchen for complementary prep work, and a storefront retail space for product testing.
