Liebherr Appliances India Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of is Liebherr-Hausgerate GmbH in Ochsenhausen (Germany). With an aim to produce high-end refrigeration appliances tailored to suit the Indian market & nearby countries, we are setting up a manufacturing plan which will occupy around 35,000 square meters and will produce approximately 500,000 cooling appliances each year (from 2018 onwards). The decision to construct the plant in India was outcome of Make In India project of Govt. of India And further decision on constructing it in the Shendra industrial park in Aurangabad was based on the areas central location and its good logistical connections. Also the very good vendor base in and around the city has played a pivotal role in location of this plant. Appliances, specifically tailored to meet market requirements in India and its surrounding regions, will be produced at this plant from 2018 onwards.
