Life Choice has been a trusted advocate for community inclusion, respect and valuing of people with a disability on the Fraser Coast since 1996. Our aim is to assist our participants in the pursuit of their life choices, either in their own home or the community, to enable greater quality of life experiences. Our individual lifestyle plans and increasing range of support services ensures we meet the changing needs of participants, new and existing, and their families. Through support services including in home assistance, accommodation support and everyday life skill development our 100+ staff provide positive, and rewarding experiences in line with the life choices of each of our participants.
