Life Sciences Club, IUB

Life Sciences Club, IUB formerly known as Young Biologist Society (YBS), is a student run organization that was formed by the students of Department of Life Science, IUB to allow students grow beyond the boundaries of classroom education. The club is a focal place for like-minded students to meet, socialize and learn from each other on shared interests and aspects relevant to biological sciences. Every year, the Life Sciences department students elect their executive committee who then plans and manages events and activities, with support from all club members and the faculty. The club also takes initiatives to organize workshops and trainings to improve public speaking and presentation skills of the students. The club is not only about educational and informational biology but also provides a platform for recreational activities.
