Lifecentre is a Sussex-based charity that provides trauma-informed therapy and support to people of all ages, genders and backgrounds who have had an unwanted sexual experience. We help our clients unlock the past, survive the present and reclaim their futures. We want to bring hope, guidance and fresh possibilities to survivors to help them make the first steps towards recovery and restoration. We dont believe anyone should suffer in silence and see a perfect opportunity to help.
