Lighthouse of Pinellas

Lighthouse of Pinellas (LHP) is a nationally accredited, not-for-profit 501(c) (3) organization that provides life-changing programs, services and training for Pinellas County, FL residents who are blind or visually impaired. Founded in 1956, LHPs training, outreach and education reaches over 3,000 individuals annually and services are provided at no cost to families. Lighthouse of Pinellas employs a variety of specially-trained staff certified and/or licensed in vision rehabilitation, orientation and mobility, occupational therapy, mental health counseling and speech pathology to help clients live safe, healthy lives as independently as possible.
