Lily Mae Home Care was established and corporate on May 3rd 2016 by Mr Ozkan and Miss Tyrrell. Miss Tyrrell has 11 years experience in the care industry covering all areas from HCA in both the community and residential care, working her way up to Registered Manager. Sarahs passion is that all members of staff are trained to a high standard. This has motivated Sarah to obtain her trainer and assessor qualifications. This is one area where Lily Mae home care will stand out as we have an in house assessor whos main goal is to put all members of staff through their level 2 qualification in both care and dementia care, making this a basic achievement for our care staff. Mr Ozkan started in domiciliary care 7 years ago as a HCA in the community, with his passion for person centered care and positive attitude, Mr Ozkan rose through the ranks quickly to management level.
