Lincolns ChalleNGe Academy

The Lincolns ChalleNGe Academy is a 17-month life skills program that offers education and discipline in a structured environment for Illinois youth between ages 16 to 18 with no felonies. The program provides the opportunity to change their future and get their life back on track. LCA is more than just an adult education program. Cadre and Support Staff work together to provide a structured quasi-military environment with a holistic approach to help Cadets become responsible and productive members in their communities following the residential program. The academy conducts two classes a year, during this time the it operates 24/7. LCA offers employees many unique career opportunities.
