Over the course of my 30-year career in Fortune 100 companies, I have had the good fortune of working for, and with, a number of extraordinary individuals. These experiences and relationships shaped me into the person I am today, and helped me develop a simple but very powerful philosophy: The best way to deliver lasting business results is to put people first.
