L&J Tool and Engineering Works (PTY) Ltd was founded in 1979. From inception, the company has grown steadily, and today we are residents of our own 13 000sqm and 3000sqm purpose-built factories. Driven by Toyota Production Systems, Kaizen and Lean processes where we constantly evolve to optimise efficiencies. L&J Engineering employs over 700 staff, and have injected a recent flow of energy in our People Department to ensure our Talent Management is evolving along with the business.
