Weve been in the immigration consultancy game for over 14 years now, each, and one day we came to realize just how much the landscape is changing over time. Back in the day, the qualified candidate was a rarity and immigration was more for those who wanted to begin a higher education, or had just completed a course like a PhD. Now things are very different, and Canada, in particular, has an unceasing requirement for qualified, skilled labor from across the world. The socio-economic provisions aside, that put a greater focus on finding comfortable and justifiable employment for immigrants rather than just immigration in itself. And thats the thought we ran with at the time. Weve nurtured good relationships with everyone in the field, from legal experts to HR personnel, over the years. And after some research, we found that there is a huge gap between the promise of employment and the hiring of suitable candidates for suitable roles. We feel like just getting a job is barely enough...
