Lobster Recruitment is a leading supplier in the South of Temporary and Permanent staff. Lobster was established in 2006 by Chris Barnett. Our aim is to expand the business, whilst retaining the family run ethos, this means we work on a personal level with our clients and feel this puts us in an extremely strong position with regards to sourcing excellent candidates. The growth that we have experienced over the last few years has been exponential! We have progress from a singular branch firm at the end of 2019 into opening our fourth branch in Summer 2022 with a 5th arriving before the end of the year!
