Locata Housing Services Limited

Locata Housing Services runs as a not-for-profit company owned by local authorities and housing associations. We provide a complete range of web-based housing option services for councils and their partners. Built out of a Government sponsored project, the West London choice-based lettings system went live in 2001. Since then, we have developed a wide range of complementary modules, products and services that are now used by around 135 local authorities and hundreds of housing associations. We have worked with our customers to develop a range of web-based products that help them deliver a robust housing options service and allow them to let their properties using Choice Based Lettings, Mutual Exchange, LCHO, Direct Lettings, Property Pools, Social Lettings Agency and Private Sector homes.
