A 501-C non-profit dedicated to improving the quality of life for those living with Alzheimers disease & related dementia, and their caregivers. Based in Westbury, the Long Island Alzheimers & Dementia Centers goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of those impacted by Alzheimers disease and related forms of dementia one person, one family, one community at a time. We offer a full range of caregiver services along with safe, structured and engaging programs for diagnosed individuals. Services include stage-specific day programs Monday - Saturday, support groups, educational trainings, in-home respite program, door-to-door transportation, & much more....
