The Lotus Pond Center For Yoga and Health is a renowned studio for yoga enthusiasts, boasting a premier Yoga Teacher Training school with weekly classes, workshops, and annual festivals led by respected instructors. Nestled on a 4.5 acre property surrounded by lush tropical greenery, visitors can relax in Adirondack chairs by the pond and forget theyre in the busy city of Tampa. With 3 classrooms dedicated to yoga practice, meditation, healthy living and special events, our center offers comprehensive instruction in all things Yoga and Mindfulness. 2 of the classrooms are indoor with A/C and one classroom is a screen in deck that overlooks the property and pond with peaceful sounds of a man-made waterfall in the near distance.
