Love 21 Foundation

Love 21 Foundation is a registered Hong Kong charity empowering the Down syndrome and autistic community to reach their full potential through sport and nutrition programmes. The 21 stands for the 21st chromosome, trisomy 21, which causes the genetic disorder known as Down syndrome. SPORT Love 21 Foundation have a minimum of eight weekly classes including Football, Basketball, Hiking, Surfing, Dancing, Tennis and Trampoline NUTRITION We understand that sport alone is not enough and put a strong emphasis on eating well in addition to keeping active. EDUCATION We have monthly cooking classes and workshops to teach our members how to make healthy dishes and the importance of doing so. FINANCIAL By participating in classes, members receive points which can be used to get organic vegetables and other health food products.
