Lowland Reserve Forces & Cadets Association

Lowland Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (Lowland RFCA) promotes and supports recruitment to the Army, Navy and Air Force Reserves and Cadet organisations in the Lowlands of Scotland. We foster strong links with the communities in which we operate, engage with employers on behalf of defence and promote the Armed Forces Covenant. We also manage more than 200 Reserve and Cadet Training Centres throughout the lowlands of Scotland. Our work is centred around three pillars of activity: Cadets and Reserves we work with the Army, Navy and Air Force Reserves and Cadets, providing recruitment support and promote the opportunities and benefits of volunteer service. This includes the Cadet Expansion Programme and work to recognise Cadet qualifications within the Scottish education system.
