The Lloyds Register Foundation Institute for the Public Understanding of Risk (IPUR) at the National University of Singapore was launched in 2017. Established through funding from the Lloyds Register Foundation and the National University of Singapore, IPUR is the first international research and public outreach institution of its kind in Asia.
