LSU Health Foundation New Orleans inspires and provides support to the 6 Professional Schools and 8 Centers of Excellence comprising the LSU Health Sciences Center. We are dedicated to supporting the most critical medical center in Louisiana by supporting the professionals that care for so many of the citizens of Louisiana. LSUHSC educates 70% of the healthcare professionals in the state. Donor philanthropic giving helps assure those healthcare professionals are able provide the best care available. As Louisianas university health leader, LSUHSC includes a School of Medicine, the states only school of Dentistry, Louisianas only School of Public Health, and Schools of Allied Health Professions, Nursing and Graduate Studies. LSUHSC faculty take care of patients in public and private hospitals and clinics throughout the region.
