Lucha Lunako is a Youth Development Lab, operating across South Africa, with offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Our mission is to provide scaled solutions to youth development which promote partnership, collaboration and innovative approaches to creating and measuring impact in the youth sector. We are a values led organisation operated by experienced entrepreneurs based on business principles, for social impact. We reinvest 100% of excess funds from learnerships and YES youth implementations into our research and innovation. In order to scale, we developed into a hybrid structure by adding an implementing NPC, which is a PBO with Section 18A status. We want funders, decision makers, development practitioners, government, business, youth organisations and concerned citizens of South Africa to act now!
