Lucky Tex was founded by Mr. Ahmed Tabba in 1993, LuckyTex is one of the leading fabric weaving, processing and stitching concern for manufacturing of grey fabrics, finished bed linen, curtains, and kitchen items. Lucky Tex has its own weaving, finishing, embroidery, and stitching as well as packaging facilities at purpose built mill at SITE industrial area in Karachi. The stitching unit became operational in 1995. In 1997, a 11-acre site was bought for the erection of a complete in-house production facility from weaving to the processing division. The processing division established in 2003 has state-of art finishing machinery from Bruckner, Benninger, Osthoff Senge and Erbatech Dye Padder. In 2000, a Power Generation Plant was installed at Lucky Tex to meet the challenges posed by shortage of energy and also ensure uninterrupted production without any dependency on outside power source.
