Luisetti Seeds

Luisetti Seeds was established in 1932 and has remained in the Luisetti Family to the present day. There are 3 Luisetti family members currently working for the company, which has a permanent staff of around 60. We like to establish long-term relationships with our customers and suppliers, and in some cases, have been dealing with farming families for 3 or even 4 generations. The company began life as V. Luisetti & Co; a Grain Merchants and Seed Dressing Store on Ashley Street in Rangiora. The company name was later changed to Luisetti Seeds. In 2009 Stapletons in Ashburton became a fully-owned subsidiary of Luisetti Seeds. In August 2009 we completed a new, centrally located, warehouse in Ashburton, including a purposely designed shed, separate offices and sealed yard. We produce seed in New Zealand for our local customers and export New Zealand seed around the world.
