The purpose of this equal opportunity housing facility is to provide affordable housing for low, very low, and extremely low income elderly individuals and families through the Department of Housing and Urban Developments Section 236 program and Loan Management Set-Aside Section 8 program. Residency is open to all qualified eligible persons in accordance with teh Fair Housing Act which prohibits discrimination in housing and housing related transactions based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability and familial status.
